Our Story

Based in the beautiful village of North Weald Bassett in the Epping Forest district of Essex, Ghost IT Services was originally founded in 2012 by the present management team to provide day-to-day IT support services and solutions. Today, we’ve helped over 300 local organisations to grow by applying intelligent technologies and fast, effective IT support.

Our location

Our Head Office is located on North Weald Airfield, a fully operational aviation aerodrome that was one the most important fighting stations during the Battle of Britain.

The airfield is now home to the North Weald Airfield Museum and the Herts and Essex Air Ambulance service, in addition to a wide-range of small businesses. The airfield also hosts a growing number of events including one of the UKs largest Saturday Markets, Classic Car events and of course, classic Air Shows.

With the airfield being just a short distance from both the M11 and the M25, we are excellently placed to provide rapid support to our clients when they require onsite assistance, no matter where they are located across Essex and the neighbouring counties.
